Shipping & Returns

Availability

The turnaround time is the time from your order is placed to the time it ships varies for each item.

To find out how long the turnaround time will be, check the item's product page and look for Availability (located under Brand) when placing your order.

If your order has more than one item, your order may have multiple shipments because of the different turnaround times.

During certain times of the year (i.e. Christmas or Valentine's Day) certain items turnaround time may take longer than normal due to high demand of item. If you are needing it by a certain date or before holiday date and want to ensure it will arrive by then, please contact us.

Please note: Turnaround times does not include shipping time. Please bear that in mind when placing order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are shipping restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, the majority of our orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class (avg. 5-7 day shipping) or Priority Mail (avg. 2-3 day shipping). Shipping charges are determined based on weight and location.

International orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International (average 6-10 day shipping) or Express International (average 3-5 day shipping). Please keep in mind that international orders will take longer to arrive. If an item has a fixed shipping cost, please keep in mind that cost is for items shipping within the USA. If shipping outside the U.S. then please email to get a more accurate shipping price.

*Shipping times are estimated, we have no control over the carrier and cannot guarantee that your package will arrive within the estimated time frame.

Damaged Packages

If your order or an item in your order was damaged during shipment please notify us by email right away including a photo of damaged item and packaging. Once we receive photo(s) we will resend you a replacement.

Misdirected/Undeliverable Packages

Dog Lovers Galore holds no responsibility nor will give a refund for an item with a tracking number that is marked as Delivered and did not arrive at intended address. We understand this can be frustrating and are happy to assist you if needed in filing a claim with shipper.

By providing you a tracking information showing we did send your order, we cannot provide a financial guarantee on another company's performance. To avoid this please double check that the shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.

Customer will be responsible for the cost to reship the order if:

  • If we send a shipment to the correct address and it is undeliverable
  • If you provide us with the wrong shipping address
  • If the shipment is delayed to due to shipper's error

Returns

Dog Lovers Galore makes every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us by emailing us at customerservice@dogloversgalore.com, including your name and order number and the reason why you are wanting to return, within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you. If you have an account with us you can request a return through your account.

All return items must be new and unused and free of dog hair. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is unused and in original condition we will either exchange or refund you cost of item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both cost to ship back to us and cost to reship your replacement item for exchanges).

Non-Returnable Items

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized items cannot be returned due it was made specifically how you requested.

If you received a custom or personalized item with a mistake on our part please provide us a photo of the item to ensure it was a mistake on our end, once it has been confirmed we will reship you the item.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item, you are responsible for all shipping costs (both cost to ship back to us and cost to reship your replacement item).

Please contact us if wanting to exchange an item.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If we can cancel your order, customer will be refunded full amount. Once your order has been processed it can no longer be cancelled and would have to be returned or exchanged once you receive it.

Custom and personalized items cannot be cancelled once order has been submitted.

If we are unable to process an order due to an item being unavailable, the customer will be notified via email along with suggestions or substitutions. If the customer decides to cancel order then they will be refunded full amount.
